Orchestrate Healthcare – 100% Positive Client Commentary, 2nd year in a row!

We have one person (from Orchestrate Healthcare) who is working remotely, and that is working out very, very well. I was a little hesitant to get a remote analyst, but things are going great. The analyst we have is very good. She is doing some very necessary work that we would probably not be able to do if she were not a part of our team.

I wanted a local company. I mainly chose Orchestrate Healthcare because they had a lot of resources they could pull from. I asked Orchestrate Healthcare if the consultants could use the resource pool if they did not know the answer, and they said they could. Some contractors just said they never have problems. We were having problems because our system administrator was not answering questions. I needed to be able to pull from more than one person’s knowledge. Orchestrate Healthcare worked out well.
