Powerscribe– Completed e*Gate coding and unit testing to implement support via e*Gate ELS for the Meditech cancel order process that involves linking up a Meditech cancel order (CA) message with a Meditech order update (XO) message. Copied and reused the e*Gate Event Link Sequencing (ELS) code that was previously implemented for the Meditech to PACS ORM interface.

NPR Extract to MIDAS Abstracting – Worked to identify the proper way to handle the double quotation characters that wrap each of the data fields in the NPR Extract file. We decided that it would be best to have e*Gate strip/remove the double quotation characters as part of the transformation code. Implemented the e*Gate changes to strip/remove the characters and then tested the changes using the most recent test extract file.
